These terms apply when you search for or book flights through Travel Asia Flights operated by Travel Asia Limited(NZBN 9429051871925) ("Travel Asia", "we", "us") at flights.travelasia.co.nz.

Our role

Travel Asia acts as your booking agent. Your contract for carriage is with the airline(s) shown on your itinerary. We facilitate search, fare confirmation, payment collection and ticket issuance through our suppliers.

Fares and pricing

Search results are indicative until a live fare check is completed. The total payable includes airline fare and taxes plus the Travel Asia service fee shown before payment. Prices are displayed in your selected currency using our published exchange rates where conversion applies.

Payment

Card payments are processed securely. Your card is authorized before we request ticket issuance from the airline. We capture payment only after the airline confirms the booking. If airline booking fails, the authorization is released or cancelled.

Changes, cancellations and refunds

Airline fare rules govern whether changes or refunds are permitted and any penalties that apply. Our refund & changes policy explains how we handle requests. Travel Asia service fees are generally non-refundable once ticketing has commenced.

Passenger information

You must provide accurate passenger names exactly as shown on passports or government-issued ID. You are responsible for visas, transit requirements, health documentation and arrival eligibility.

Liability

To the extent permitted by New Zealand law, Travel Asia is not liable for airline schedule changes, cancellations, denied boarding, baggage loss or damage, or events beyond our reasonable control. Your remedies against the airline are governed by applicable conventions and carrier conditions.
