Airline fares are live inventory. We recheck the fare before you pay. If the airline price changes, we show the updated total and ask you to confirm before continuing.

Our service fee covers New Zealand-based support, fare verification and secure booking. It is shown in the price breakdown before payment.

Yes. At checkout choose NZ bank transfer and transfer the exact total shown to account 01-0533-0254169-01 (ANZ). Include your name and departure date in the payment reference. Fares are subject to airline availability until cleared funds are received and tickets are issued — typically within 1–2 New Zealand business days.

Your card is authorized first. We capture payment only after the airline confirms your booking.

Names must match passports exactly. You will need date of birth, contact email and phone for all travellers.

Yes, when the airline offers paid baggage or seat selection for your fare. Options appear during checkout after a live fare check.

You receive a confirmation email with your airline booking reference. You can also look up status on Manage booking.

Fare rules are set by the airline. Contact our flights team or call +64 26 600 0017 with your booking reference and we will advise options and fees.

Contact us as soon as possible. We will work with the airline on rebooking or refund options according to their policy.
